The Yoga of Sound 2026
The Yoga of Sound Immersion is part of the Deepen Your Yoga Path training series designed for yoga teachers, health care providers, and dedicated practitioners ready to embody the deeper dimensions of Yoga as a lived practice through immersive study of Nada Yoga and Sound Healing.
Through direct experience, you will have the opportunity to discover your own relationship with sound, vibration, and silence as a pathway to meditation, awareness, and connection. You will explore the ways sound has been used within the Yoga tradition, including using the voice and other sound tools. You will leave with a deeper understanding of sound-based yoga practices, direct experience with mantras, devotional chanting, and simple sound tools, and tools for bringing sound into your own personal practice.
Each immersion of the series offers the opportunity to engage deeply with a foundational practice through experience, reflection, inquiry and guided practice. Rather than simply learning about these teachings, you have the opportunity to explore how they can become an embodied and transformative part of everyday life.
The Yoga of Sound Immersion is eligible for 10 Continuing Education (CE) credits.
