200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Training Dates:  September 9, 2022 through November 20, 2022

General Overview:

Throughout this training, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Yoga.  We will cover Asana (poses) in-depth.  You will learn the Sanskrit pronunciations of each pose (as well as English translation) and how to sequence a class skillfully and intelligently.  In addition to studying asana, we will cover the fundamental elements of the eight-limbed science of Yoga.

Cost of training without discount is $2,100 + $770 (ashram day guest fee) = $2, 870 (two separate payments)

Cost of training with discount is $1,995 + $616 (ashram day guest fee) = $2,611 (two separate payments)

This training is limited to 12 students.  You must be fully vaccinated to participate in-person.
