As spring returns to the northern hemisphere, the earth awakens — and so do we. In ancient Inca culture, human beings were known as “allpamaska” — animated earth. This special spring sound bath will utilize sound healing instruments that represent the animated earth in and around us, including clay whistles, rattles, drums and bamboo stamping tubes, as well as body percussion and chanting.
